Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders for lunch boxes, lunch bags, drinkware, food-storage containers, meal-prep items, backpacks, and related accessories purchased through this website.

Processing and transit

Most orders are prepared in about 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Once the carrier receives the parcel, expected transportation is 3–5 business days. These windows are estimates rather than guarantees; weekends, holidays, weather, carrier congestion, investigations, or an incomplete address can extend delivery.

Any free-shipping eligibility, service level, and delivery charge are the terms displayed at checkout. The customer must provide an accurate address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are sent when available.

Delivery questions

For a delay, missing scan, suspected loss, delivered scan that cannot be located, or damage in transit, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a short explanation. Photos of a damaged parcel and item may be requested. Some locations or products may have carrier or destination restrictions, which will appear before the order is completed.
