What products are offered?

Our store carries lunch boxes and bags, water bottles, meal-prep and food-storage containers, backpacks, and practical accessories for everyday routines.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping applies only when checkout shows that the order qualifies.

How long does delivery take?

Preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days and is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item because I changed my mind?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a mail return or exchange for a non-defective item, including a preference change or wrong selection. It must be new, unused, in original condition, and include its packaging, tags, and accessories. The free label is supplied in the package and no restocking fee is charged.

What if the order is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, details, and photos or video of the item and packaging. Do not mail an unauthorized return. Exchanges depend on stock.

When is a refund processed?

Once approved, it is returned to the original payment method within 10 days.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment methods are the options Shopify actually displays during checkout for the specific cart. No named card brand or digital wallet is currently reported as enabled, so we do not promise an unavailable method.
